i was truly disappointed to find dirty towels greeting me in my "standard room". woudl it hurt to double check? also, the room was quite musty, making me question if they ever air it out. imagine my shock not receiving a free breakfast as compensation for my troubles. didn’t expect royal treatment, but a little effort woudl ve been nice.

i really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn. i loved that i could walk into my king room without needing to turn on the ac. it's super convenient, and the staff are amazing. even though my request for the top floor wasn’t met, they still accommodated me by placing me higher than the original floor. it's a great spot for a short family visit and definitely a relaxing place.
